And now it's time for the annoying part!

This weekend I have been busy with the disassembly of the car. This wasn't so much fun, because you keep running into stuff you don't really like to see! Here are some pictures:

Fenders, these aren't in the best condition anymore, and since I already ordered new plastic ones, I don't think I really need these iron ones I guess?

The hood and some other parts

The rear suspension, this needs to be taken of aswell, since I also want to know what's underneath there. The rear supension will be replaced anyway, largely.

     
Took off the rear suspension, this went relatively easy!

With the rear suspesnsion gone, I discovered some rust here and there, but it all seems repairable. I also took a screwdriver and checked things out but luckily the back-side isn't rotten!

Took out the back upholstery and the spare wheel, saves some weight! And yeah, this car used to be this weird color orange!

A rotten hole nearby the cap. This is a typical Z disease, they all have it!



Rotten! Not nice to come across, but fortunately it's not in an annoying spot!



Upcoming week I will keep myself busy with removing the tectyl, which also isn't something that makes me happy since the tectyl is about 30 years old!
